An Idea Borrowed

Years ago on a radio program someone shared that they read a chapter in Proverbs every day. Since there are 31 chapters and the longest month has 31 days it allows you to read through Proverbs on a regular basis. I use it as the launch pad for my personal worship time and branch out from there. On this blog I will try to share some of the insights I have in the Word. I will try to organize them in the archive by reference.

Follow the Leader

(Pro 28:28 KJV)  When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous increase.

In Sunday School some of the people were commenting on how different our society is today.  We all remembered being children and feeling free to run around the neighborhood.  I used to ride my bike all the way down town and all over without a second thought.  Not so today.  One of the differences is that the people running things seem to have sold their souls to the devil.  Not only to they deny any Christian faith but they mock those who stand up for morality.

So?  Accept the fact that it is time to keep our heads down.  Keep the children in sight and make sure the doors are locked.  Pray for a return of righteous leaders.
