(Pro 18:13 KJV) He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.
Here again is a reminder of the value of reading through Proverbs on a monthly basis. There are certain things that need to be rubbed in my face on a regular basis. This is one of them. I could learn it from experience. I am constantly reminded that people are not listening to me. Sometimes that is because they talk over me. Other times it is because their response has nothing to do with what I said.
So? Say less; listen more. Simple to say but hard to hear.

An Idea Borrowed
Years ago on a radio program someone shared that they read a chapter in Proverbs every day. Since there are 31 chapters and the longest month has 31 days it allows you to read through Proverbs on a regular basis. I use it as the launch pad for my personal worship time and branch out from there. On this blog I will try to share some of the insights I have in the Word. I will try to organize them in the archive by reference.
