I keep coming across people who point out that it is easier to tell the truth than to lie. If you ever have the misfortune to be arrested or questioned by the authorities it is important to stay as close to the truth as possible. For Christians there is always the assurance that liars go into the lake of fire. That should be enough for us but some need more. The problem with exaggerating or out and out lying is that you can’t always remember exactly what you said. If you tell the truth, you know what to say next time.
So? This is advice for everyday life, not just in court. Speak the truth.
