Proverbs 8:13 (NLT) All who fear the LORD will hate evil. Therefore, I hate pride and arrogance, corruption and perverse speech.
You can’t have it both ways. We continually run into people who claim to love Jesus and yet they take public stands that go against everything the Bible teaches. As a current, frequent example consider the people who announce that the Bible does not say anything about homosexuality. When shown that it does they move on to other excuses.
They need to make up their minds whom they serve. God knows the difference. Bible believers know the difference, even if they don’t want to openly condemn sin.
So? Take your choice. You have heard it said that not to vote is to vote the other way. It is even more important when it comes to moral issues.

An Idea Borrowed
Years ago on a radio program someone shared that they read a chapter in Proverbs every day. Since there are 31 chapters and the longest month has 31 days it allows you to read through Proverbs on a regular basis. I use it as the launch pad for my personal worship time and branch out from there. On this blog I will try to share some of the insights I have in the Word. I will try to organize them in the archive by reference.
